Easy Latin Dance Fit is for active older adults (aged 60 and above) who want a fun, low impact dance fitness class.

Dance to music like salsa, flamenco, merengue and a sprinkle of pop.

 

No jumps or big twists, just easy dance moves and a great fitness workout. Options to increase or lower the intensity depending on how hard you want to work.
 

Feel happier and fitter and leave with a spring in your step.

We're situated in the beautiful dance studio on the upper part of The Hockley Centre. It is has the benefit of a sprung floor and air conditioning. When you get to the building, come up the stairs and you'll find us in the room across the hallway. Parking is on Hockley rd.

I attend the Tuesday Dance Fit class with Amanda.
I always look forward to going. Everyone is made to feel welcome regardless of their age or ability.
The music is upbeat, the routines are easily adjusted if you want easy or to work a bit harder.
