Who Is The Beginner Pilates Class For?

Are you new to pilates or have had a few classes and want to get back into the swing of things?

Do you have nagging back or joint pain and have been told pilates can help?
Maybe your doctor or physio has suggested trying pilates?

Do you need a gentle class where you can learn the basics and go at your own pace?

Would you  like a class with a smaller number of people run by a friendly, knowledgable instructor who can adapt to suit your needs?

Maybe your worried your posture and mobility is getting worse and you don't know where to start to address it?

 

How The Class Can Help You

Join a friendly class where everyone wants to start with basic, gentle, beginner exercises. 

Each exercise is clinically based and adapted to suit your needs. I frequently walk around the room and help with alignment and adaptations.

You'll learn why we're doing each exercise and how they will benefit you in your everyday life.

Through the course you will strengthen your body, increase mobility, enhance your posture and improve balance. You'll learn techniques to help you with things like how to safely lift objects from the floor.


You are welcome to take a break whenever you need or just watch an exercise to get the hang of it.

Once you are happy with the exercises you can access a library of videos so you can continue to workout at home, between classes.
